Who I am
I’m Ron Linder — a Montreal-based learning systems specialist with over 20 years of enterprise experience helping organizations fix what’s broken in their learning ecosystems and build what’s missing.
I’ve led large-scale LMS migrations, designed learning analytics dashboards, and built eLearning experiences for some of Canada’s largest organizations including Sun Life Financial and Belron Canada. I work at the intersection of technology, data, and instructional design — which means I can diagnose a broken LMS, build a Tableau dashboard, and design a gamified course that people actually want to take.
My Philosophy
I believe corporate training should be something employees actually want to engage with — not just click through to get a completion certificate. Most Learning is terrible. It’s checkbox compliance dressed up as learning. I build things differently — using microlearning, gamification, and smart instructional design to create experiences that respect the learner’s time and actually change behavior.
